The Mississippi Library Leadership Institute is designed to grow the next generation of library leaders and directors in the state of Mississippi. In addition to training, the Institute features project and mentoring components designed to create a transformational experience for participants. The Institute emphasizes experiences that build strong relationships with peers and involve a very high level of intensity and risk-taking.
